Train Data Protection Officers on RGPD obligations

This 5-day module is delivered on our premises. Each session has a maximum of 12 participants.

  1. Introduction to personal data protection (principles and definitions, conditions for lawful processing)
  2. Role and duties of the DPO (status, role, relays within departments, awareness-raising)
  3. Audits and Project Management
  4. Compliance Tools (Record, DPIA and Data Processing Mapping)
  5. DPIA
  6. Processing security (vulnerabilities and security risks)
  7. Processor and subcontractor management
  8. Transfers to non-EU countries
  9. Management of data subjects’ rights
  10. Relations with the supervisory authority (supervision, role, tasks, sanctions)

Required level: None
Concerned audience: Any person who must work with a DPO, who has been or may be appointed as a DPO
Languages: available in English and French
Duration: 5 days (10 sessions of 3h each)
