Marine Brogli

Marine Brogli holds a Master II in Multimedia and Information Systems Law and is the founder and current President of DPO Consulting, a leading firm in personal data protection and compliance management as of the first quarter of 2026. She previously served as Data Protection Legal Counsel for Ikea France and L'Oréal.

She brings 15 years of experience in personal data protection and in bringing organisations into compliance with European and international regulations covering artificial intelligence and cybersecurity.

Marine Brogli helps businesses unlock the value of their data assets while respecting the rights and expectations of their clients and stakeholders. She is also President of the Legal Committee of Numeum, an employers' association and the foremost organisation for digital professionals in France. In addition, she teaches at various universities and business schools across France.
